"Heybike.com" accepts various payment methods. Customers can securely process payments from American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, Visa, Venmo, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. They also have a financing partnership with Klarna. If a customer's credit card payment is denied at the checkout, there are three solutions available:

1. If the customer has a PayPal account, they can try to pay via PayPal.
2. Customers can switch to their other credit/debit cards.
3. If the customer does not have a PayPal account, they can still select PayPal at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then they'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment. For the latter option, they don't have to register for PayPal. The steps are as follows:
   • Select PayPal (even if they don't have a PayPal account)

   • Fill in the credit card info and complete the order.

Heybike.com has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn, unused, or the e-bike must have less than ten miles on the odometer. It must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also needed. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, contact should be made immediately for evaluation. Returns are initiated by contacting support@heybike.com. In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and it takes 2-8 business days for the shipment to arrive at the address. For pre-orders, refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has shipped. Changes to the shipping address can be made before the tracking number is provided at no charge. However, a fee will be charged if changes are made after the package is in transit or if the order is canceled after the package has already shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact customer care. Customers must pay an additional $20 per item to change their address.

HeyBike E-bikes are built in accordance with US laws. As a result, riders will not require a specific license to ride our motorcycles. This is only applicable to HeyBike-branded bikes and does not apply to all other types of electric bikes.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please notify them as soon as you get the shipment, and they will provide you with a return label. In addition, they will charge $ 200 for shipping per item and give a refund after the box is returned to them.

Yes, but only if the following conditions are met: the ebike must be unworn, unopened, and unused, and it must have fewer than ten (10) kilometers on the odometer. When issuing a refund for non-defective/no-longer-needed items, they will subtract the $200 delivery price per unit.
