About Heybike.com Payment Method?
"Heybike.com" accepts various payment methods. Customers can securely process payments from American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, Visa, Venmo, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. They also have a financing partnership with Klarna. If a customer's credit card payment is denied at the checkout, there are three solutions available:
- If the customer has a PayPal account, they can try to pay via PayPal.
- Customers can switch to their other credit/debit cards.
- If the customer does not have a PayPal account, they can still select PayPal at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then they'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment. For the latter option, they don't have to register for PayPal. The steps are as follows:
- Select PayPal (even if they don't have a PayPal account)
- Click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".
- Fill in the credit card info and complete the order.
For financing options, customers can choose Klarna at checkout to apply for financing options for their e-bike to pay over installments. There are three payment plans available for choosing, Pay in 4, Pay in 30 days, Monthly financing (up to 24 months).

Heybike.com Return Policy?
Heybike.com has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn, unused, or the e-bike must have less than ten miles on the odometer. It must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also needed. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, contact should be made immediately for evaluation. Returns are initiated by contacting support@heybike.com. If the return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. HeyBike is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves. Certain items are non-returnable, including products from unauthorized resellers, items damaged by humans, special orders, sale items or gift cards, and giveaways or free items.
For shipping, Heybike.com provides local UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping services. No tax is needed. Currently, free shipping is only provided to the lower 48 states in the US. In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and it takes 2-8 business days for the shipment to arrive at the address. For pre-orders, refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has shipped. Changes to the shipping address can be made before the tracking number is provided at no charge. However, a fee will be charged if changes are made after the package is in transit or if the order is canceled after the package has already shipped.
